1. Refund Eligibility
PostAutomatic.com offers a 7-day refund window for all paid subscriptions, subject to the following conditions:
- Your account has used less than 30% of the allocated monthly credits
- The request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase
- The account has not previously received a refund
- The account is in good standing with no violations of our terms
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Accounts that have used more than 30% of monthly credits
- Add-on purchases or credit top-ups
- Enterprise or custom plans
- Accounts with previous refunds
3. Refund Process
- Submit refund request to contact@postautomatic.com
- Include your account email and reason for refund
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Money is returned to the original payment method
4. After Refund
- Account will be downgraded to free tier
- Access to premium features will be removed
- Scheduled posts will be paused
- Generated content remains accessible
5. Special Circumstances
In cases of technical issues or service unavailability, we may extend the refund window or adjust the credit usage threshold. These cases are evaluated individually.
